At Revive Health and Fitness, we are committed to assisting you in reaching your fitness goals as quickly and as safely as possible. In order for that to happen, guidance in all of the following six components must be given. If you talk to a fitness professional and they are not providing education on these critical items, then you are NOT getting a full custom fitness program.

1. Diet

2. Resistance Training

Building muscle is not only important for gaining lean body mass, but also at fat loss. Let us show you how to start a consistent program of weight training the correct way to avoid injuries and maximize effort.

Cardiovascular training is great for burning calories. Let us show you how you can keep doing it without plateauing and without needing to spend hours upon hours of time. We understand your time is precious and we want to ensure the time you spend on your health is being used productively.

 

4. Supplementation

Supplementation is on every page of every fitness/health article and the supplementation industry is only growing. Some can help you reach your fitness goal quicker and some are a waste of money. Our program focuses on supplements that will help you in your specific fitness program.

5. Recovery

You can only train as hard as your body allows. In essence, the more adequate sleep you get, the more training you are capable of doing. In our program, we will coach you on a variety of recovery methods so you can stay consistent in your fitness program.
